BookedPaid is an AI-powered SMS scheduling platform operated by Fintentive, LLC d/b/a DataQubi, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We use third-party cloud infrastructure, AI processing, and SMS delivery services to operate the platform. Twilio, Inc. provides SMS and voice delivery. All third-party providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes.

When you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, BookedPaid (operated by Fintentive, LLC d/b/a DataQubi) may send you messages related to new lead alerts, booking confirmations, and account notifications.
Messages may also be sent to customers of businesses using BookedPaid, in response to a call or text they initiated, to collect service details, offer appointment windows, confirm bookings, and request feedback after service.
Your phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account and booking activity.
We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent to any third parties. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any purpose.

Data is retained while your account is active. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years per TCPA requirements. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@bookedpaid.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Submit requests to support@bookedpaid.com. We respond within 30 days.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation. For help, reply HELP or email support@bookedpaid.com. Opting out does not affect your platform access.
