BookedPaid is an AI-powered lead and communication management service operated by DataQubi, a Fintentive, LLC company, registered in Georgia. The platform provides AI-powered workflow automation, lead management, and business communication tools for local service businesses.
By opting in to SMS through BookedPaid, you consent to receive texts from Fintentive, LLC d/b/a DataQubi at the number provided. Messages may include new lead alerts, booking confirmations, and account notifications.
Messages may also be sent to customers of businesses using BookedPaid, in response to a call or text they initiated, to collect service details, offer appointment windows, confirm bookings, and request feedback after service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP or email support@bookedpaid.com for assistance. Opting out will not affect platform access.
When you call a business using BookedPaid and the call is not answered, an automated recording says: "Thanks for calling [Business Name]. Press one and we'll text you right back, so you can tell us what you need while we're on a job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Pressing 1 opts you in to receive text messages from that business about your service request. If you do not press 1, no text is sent. You may also start a conversation by texting the business directly.

BookedPaid is for lawful business scheduling and customer communication only. No spam, harassment, illegal content, or TCPA violations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary consent for any contacts you manage through BookedPaid. You agree to honor all opt-out requests immediately.
Fees are billed as agreed at signup. All sales final unless stated in your service agreement.
All platform content and technology are owned by Fintentive, LLC d/b/a DataQubi and protected by applicable law.
Fintentive, LLC d/b/a DataQubi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including missed leads or AI response errors.
Governed by Georgia law. Disputes resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
